Description

• We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a skilled nursing facility in Upper Manhattan.
• This contract position requires working day shifts and involves providing care to both long-term and short-term patients.
• Candidates should have experience with regulatory standards and proficiency in clinical applications.
  
  

Requirements

• Oversee patient care for long-term and short-term individuals.
• Provide direct patient/resident care as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of medical records.
• Ensure effective interdepartmental communication.
• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Valid NYS Professional Registered Nurse License.
• At least 6 months of nursing home experience.
• Experience with DOH and Joint Commission standards.
• Knowledge of MDS and PRI processes preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
